Our founder, Brooke Bass, has been assisting families with life transitions since 1985. Brooke, a nationally recognized and award winning Realtor, knows that when it comes to moving families, there are needs that stretch beyond the mere listing and sale of a home. Often, there are years of memories, collections and emotions that can make change seem overwhelming. With our supportive guidance, and vast network of resources, we can help you or your loved ones make a seamless transition.

We are Bonded and Insured, and a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM). Through NASMM, we can help you locate a Senior Move Manager across the nation to coodinate out of town moves. We are also able to refer you to a reliable licensed Realtor for out of area sales, and assist with your relocation efforts to purchase your next property.

Are you downsizing to simplify your life, or moving into your second home which is awaiting your retirement? Either way, we can help you locate your next home, prepare your vacation home for your move, or help you choose the perfect retirement community.
Get Organized. Sorting through years of belongings can be a challenge. If you don't know where to begin, or just don't have the time or inclination, we make it easy. We will organize what you have, and help you move your belongings to the next home. Our floor planning process is the single most important thing you can do in order to know what to take and what to leave behind. It makes moving day simple, with all your furnishings placed where they belong instead of in a pile in the middle of the room. We will also assist with Estate Sales, and arrangements to donate, ship, consign, auction or dispose of what is left.
Staging. We have been staging homes, builder's models and commercial spaces for over 25 years. Acting as project managers, we can do everything from A to Z, including the coordination of renovations, updating your home or office, staging your home for sale, and simply creating beautiful surroundings utilizing your furnishings or with new treasures to make your design unique.
Spruce Up. Want a new look for your home or vacation residence? Thinking of retiring to your second home but it needs a face lift? We can prepare your property for sale, design the floor plan for your next home, or rearrange your home to accommodate special needs. Working with builders, developers and clients, our home staging experience spans over 20 years. We can help you get your home ready for sale and our team can list and sell your home as well. If you are already working with a real estate agent, we can coordinate the move with your agent.
Project Management. We schedule repairs, obtain bids for services, plan and oversee remodeling projects, and prepare a home for sale. We perform small job repairs and painting, plant flowers and do light yard fix-up for curb appeal. Whatever it takes, our team can get the job done.
Service Area. We cover the east coast from Jacksonville, Florida to Charleston, South Carolina. There is a non-refundable consultation fee for travel outside the Savannah area.
